現在3店舗になるSHRUB COFFEEでは、店舗ごとにそれぞれ表現したいコーヒーのコンセプトを明確に分けています。
ただし桑名店のみ起源のロースタリーショップとして、系列店のコーヒーをフルラインナップ。
コーヒー豆販売が主体の店舗なので、販売しているコーヒーはすべて試飲して選んでいただけます。
SHRUB COFFEEの考えるコーヒーに対しての多角的なアプローチを集約した店舗です。
原料から、焙煎から、液体から、それぞれのコーヒーが体現する様々な価値観を、コーヒーを通して体験してみてください。

The main roastery is equipped with a PROBAT GN-12 and a DIEDRICH IR-1 , and handles all SHRUB COFFEE roasting operations.
At SHRUB COFFEE, which now has three stores, each store has its own concept of the coffee it wants to express.
Only the Kuwana store, as the first roaster of Shrub coffee, offers a full lineup of coffees from branch.
The store mainly sells coffee beans, customers can taste and select any of the coffees sold.
This store brings together the multifaceted approach to coffee as SHRUB COFFEE.
From materials, to roasting, to liquid,
